  This place is a huge joke. We walked in and NOBODY acknowledged our presence. Three customer service reps and it was as if we didn’t exist. I asked the Manager (an Asian guy) if he can help me. I can tell he was annoyed I asked. He’s like, “yeah...If it’s quick...I still have to help someone”. That other customer was off looking at some phones by herself. Needless to say, I left . This place is horrible and dirty too. Huge difference from the service I got at the Manhattan Beach location.
