  Had a Samsung 8+ I was locked out of, and AT&T was absolutely NO help whatsoever. Even though I am paying an absorbitant amount to AT&T monthly. The only way they would unlock the phone was for me to find someone else to take over the phone, then they would unlock the phone for THEM. To top it all off, they sent me on a wild goose chase with outdated information. They sent me to an authorized Samsung dealer that was Closed up, gone out of business. To make a long story short, I finally did get the phone unlocked, thank Heaven. My advice: never, ever forget any of your email codes associated with any phone you buy from them. Because they will NOT help you at all if you're locked out. Just so you know. #AT&Tiscrap4real.
