  I came to Lowe's to purchase a Dewalt 100 bit set because it was on special. I drove 8 Miles and when I arrived they could not find the item I was looking for.
  
  The gentleman that helped me said there were 15 sets left but he could not locate them in the store. He said there's somewhere in the store, stacked on top of a rack. Had to settle for the 68 bit set.
  
  Horrible place, should have ordered the item online and get it without wasting my gas and time. Do not recommend.
  
  Suggestion to Lowe's, if you advertise an item online make sure your managers tell the workers to double check the items are placed on the floor for sale. This is a failure from upper management.
